As you already know, Military life is full of adventure, challenges, and transitions. “Roots Wherever We Roam” is a campaign dedicated to recognizing the resilience of military children and families, celebrating the unique journeys they take, and fostering a sense of belonging wherever they go. By downloading the activity templates, participating in Outdoor Recreation activities and shared experiences, we aim to build stronger connections and lasting memories.

MEMORY TREE
A creative and engaging printable template that allows children to visually map out their journey by adding names, places, and memorable experiences onto the branches of their own symbolic tree.
This activity encourages reflection on friendship.
MY STORY MAP
A thoughtfully designed storytelling worksheet that prompts children to capture their personal journey through writing and drawing.
This activity allows them to chronicle the bases they’ve lived at, friendships they’ve formed and challenges they’ve overcome.
ADVENTURE PASSPORT
A fun and interactive travel companion designed for military families, the Adventure Passport provides a structured way for children to document new places they visit, people they meet, and experiences they enjoy during their many travels.
